How Frillseekers came to be . . .

Frillseekers was founded by Caroline Turner and
On one of these outings one of them confided a secret dream of having a shop of their own - only to discover her friend had shared the same dream. After a summer of car booting, table-topping and ebaying , the girls decided they were drifting ever closer to becoming 'partners' and decided to make it official - to join together, to create a business from their dreams and ideas.
The concept was simple: become a vintage clothing source - with no pretence. The pieces could span all eras. They were to be to hand-picked because they wanted beautiful and fun, but most of all wearable vintage. To offer a place for gals to come and find that dress that was meant for them or to experiment with a new look altogether.
Caroline, a publisher with a penchant for all things French and forties, and Fran, a model with a passion for fashion, keep women such as themselves in mind when sourcing their wares from across the globe. Frillseekers collections offer those 'special' finds for vintage hounds as well as hot pieces that follow today's trends for those fashion lovers.
Frillseekers sales are fun-filled events where Caroline and Fran like to get to know their clients individually in order to develop a personal shopping relationship. A Hunt and Seek service is available for those in search of those hard-to-find items, as well as styling and supply.
To put it simply: "We love helping people find exactly what they are looking for. We get inspired by what delights our customers. And we are so happy when one of our pieces goes to a new and loving home."
The Frillseekers message is spreading fast and we are very excited about our venture. Come and visit with us any time.
